Little King Robin fresh and well after her Down Royal win!

6 Nov 2014

Colin Bowe reports the six-year-old to have come out of her latest success at the NI Festival of Racing at Down Royal on Friday in good shape, he is set to stick to his original plan and save her for the Grade Three mares' hurdle at Leopardstown over Christmas.
He then plans to prepare her for a crack at the OLBG Mares' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
"She's fine. She came home fresh from Down Royal. She's in great form but is an unlikely runner," said the County Wexford handler about her entry into the Lismullen at Navan.
"We put her in because this morning there were only three or four in it. We'll probably put her in the mares' race (at Leopardstown) over Christmas and then get her ready for Cheltenham, hopefully."
Down Royal wishes Little King Robin all the best with her promising future career
