The New Hospitality Pavilion

When you enter the new pavilion you will be amazed at the size and space of the venue. The double-height, spacious entrance hall is flooded with light and is a great area to hold registration for your event or a drinks reception for delegates.

Situated on the ground floor of the new Pavilion, the Beef or Salmon Suite overlooks the finishing straight at the racecourse and enjoys spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. These views can also be enjoyed from the spacious outdoor balcony.

This room is completely self-contained with its own fully equipped kitchen, bar area, cloakroom and toilets.

The Rainbow Telecom suite is situated on the first floor of the new Hospitality Pavilion. While it is smaller than the Beef or Salmon Suite, it is an ideal space for smaller seminars or conferences. It is finished to a very high standard with a separate bar area.

Private Suites in the new Pavilion

The Private Suites are situated on the first floor. All have great views of the racecourse and surrounding countryside and direct access to private balconies. Each suite can accommodate around 10 delegates with the exception of Suite Number One which can accommodate around 30 delegates banquet-style.

These rooms are ideal for meetings, breakout sessions or private dining.

The Original Grandstand

Situated in the original grandstand building, the Moscow Flyer Suite accommodates around 130 banquet style and is ideal for meetings and seminars. The Moscow Flyer suite also has direct access to a private balcony which overlooks the Parade Ring.

The Main Bar

This is where all the non-racing action takes place on race-days! The main bar is on the ground floor of the original grandstand and overlooks the racecourse. The Main Bar has access to an external balcony, overlooking the Parade Ring. The bar can accommodate up to 1500 for a drinks reception and could be an ideal venue for a product launch.
