Hospitality is available at Down Royal Racecourse at most race meetings, few events compare with the thrilling spectacle of a day at the races and there is no better way to entertain clients, staff, family and friends than in the style and surroundings of Down Royal Racecourse.

Whatever the occasion you will find everything that you need at Down Royal and with options to suit every taste, budget and party size there is a package to suit everyone.

Your party will be greeted at the entrance to one of our luxurious suites where a member of the team will take your drinks order and an exquisite meal will be served to your table. The suites are fitted with large Plasma CCTV screens so you can watch the all the racing action from the comfort of your table and many have fantastic views over the racecourse.

If the entertainment at the table is far too good to leave, our Tote Betting Facility means that you don't even have to leave your seat to place that all important bet, one of the operators will process your bet at your seat on a handheld betting unit. The first class racing and facilities, the beautiful setting, and friendly and professional management and staff will ensure your day is a success.

Private Suites

We also have Private Suites available for every race meeting; these suites are in the new Hospitality Pavilion and each has a viewing balcony which presents a superb view of the racing action and winning post. Suites that are leased out will include Entrance tickets, VIP Admission Badges and a Racecard for every guest. Food and beverages can be arranged with our caterers Hamilton & Kirk. The Private Suites have a maximum capacity of 16 people.
